Guy strand
Guy strand consist of a strand with different structures 1X7, 1x19, 1x37, 1x61. The material of the wires used in the PC wire structure is cold or hot galvanized steel. Guy strand is mostly used to restrain telecommunication and electrical towers and sometimes in the bridge industry to control the load and torque caused by the weight of the bridge. Guy strand are also used in the petrochemical industry to control some reservoirs and gas fillers. The usual diameter of the Guy strand is from 3 mm to 40 mm.
